Bridging culture and audiovisual content through digital

What do we want? - Main task   We want to explore new ways to disseminate European world heritage through innovative digital technology. Our goal is to create extraordinary experiences for the public, and to solve key challenges for the participating World Heritage Sites.  With central issues in the dissemination work as a starting point, we will create workshops with broad interdisciplinary and European participation tailored to each world heritage site. The workshops will work on how to meet the challenges the individual place has with the combination of creative eagerness and new…

H2020 Proposal for Smart Windows Developpers and/or Adhesive Industry

The project will develop a proof of concept, to show the technical and financial viability of a plug&play system composed of components and intelligent modules for interior renovation, which currently does not exist in the market.  This system will consist of panels with highly insulating and lightweight materials, such as aerogel, heating and cooling elements, ventilation, as well as intelligent windows, and possibly energy production.  The project’s main objective is to develop a new plug & build a modular system for building refurbishment which cuts its actual price in half.…

Designscapes open call for pilot proposals

The second round of the DESIGNSCAPES Open Call is up and running! Anybody who is willing to solve urbanization related challenges is welcome to apply for the DESIGNSCAPES call, to which both existing and completely new ideas and solutions may be entered. The deadline for applications for Design-enabled Innovation prototypes has been postpopned for the end of July. The applicants will have the chance to receive up to €25.000 in funding support. More information about the call is available here.

Open Call for Artistic Experts

Oulu2026 is seeking three artistic experts to finish the cultural programme content for the European Capital of Culture application for Oulu in co-operation with the organisation of Oulu202. The applications must be submitted by 31 May 2019 to Samu Forsblom, Oulu2026 Program Director. More information is available in the attachment.

Get funding and realise your project in Vienna! The new program Vienna Calling: Creatives supports projects implemented by international creative companies in Vienna or in cooperation with a Viennese company with up to 150,000 euros in funding. In addition to the monetary funding, companies are provided with extensive networking opportunities as well as workshops and consulting.   You can find all the useful documents here. 'Evidence informed policymaking' training course by JRC

A 2-day training course is organised on “Evidence informed policymaking” which will aim to introduce participants to useful tools, train them to navigate between different types of evidence and research methods, and reflect on how to deal with the many challenges of evidence-informed policymaking.
